Let´s Leave Our Comfort Zone from Time to Time
Did something crazy today. Again :-).
Yesterday I received a generous offer from my meditation teacher to speak live on a very well known international radio show. And eventhough (as always when I am to speak on TV or radio) I am scared, I am also excited and I SAID YES.
Stay tuned for the details, I´ll keep you posted!
My small self is longing for safety and is begging me to stay hidden in the shadows of my comfort zone, but my heart is passionate and wants to share the idea of Daily Courage with the whole world. So I am going to take a big leap outside of my comfort zone.
Think about this. Where is life offering you an opportunity that you are scared to embrase? What would happen if you said "yes"?
We never grow if we only do things that are safe and that we´ve always done. There is a lot of beauty and magic in the unknown. Let´s try it and see what happens :-).
In case you are curious, who is that meditation teacher, here is the information.
As some of you know, I was trained in meditation by Davidji, internationally recognized meditation and stress-management expert, author of Amazon #1 bestsellers, creator of the orginal 21-day meditation program, often referred to as the Velvet Voice of Stillness on more than 500 guided meditations, available on iTunes, Amazon.com, HayHouse.com, GooglePlay, Spotify, Pandora, SoundCloud, & on davidji.com.

My life is packed with wonderful opportunities and I´d love to do so many things! But every day only has 24hours, it´s a simple math.Read more
